There’s immense talent among the four women chiefly responsible for The Secret Garden: Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Marsha Norman, producer and Tony award-winning set designer Heidi Landesman, rising-star director Susan H. Schulman, Grammy-winning composer Lucy Simon. In the man’s world of Broadway such a collaboration is rare, especially one in which $6.2 million is on the line, putting “The Secret Garden” in a class with all those British blockbusters. Brock Lesnar has disappeared from WWE television after his victory over Triple H at Extreme Rules. Since the former UFC champion is only on a limited number of dates, it is unlikely that he would appear before SummerSlam. With his long-drawn out feud with Triple H thankfully over, a lot of names have been thrown up for his next possible opponent. Lesnar works an extremely physical style of wrestling, and many of the smaller wrestlers wouldn’t be believable opponents against him, unless the WWE increases the intensity of these smaller stars, as most of their best performers are far smaller than Lesnar....

McMahon’s presence seems to indicate Lesnar’s attack was all part of the storyline, but that elbow was vicious, especially when you consider Orton had no way of defending himself. That role now belongs to defensive coordinator-turned head coach Todd Bowles, whom Arians selected to succeed him....

Brown has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the Buccaneers after the All-Pro wide receiver was released by the Patriots in September last year amid sexual assault allegations he denied. The seven-time Pro Bowler has been banned for eight games due to “multiple violations of the NFL’s personal conduct policy” and he will not be eligible to return until Week 9. Brown only made one appearance for the Patriots after being released by the Raiders, recording 56 yards and a touchdown as he briefly teamed up with Brady....

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny heard arguments Friday and decided to end pop star Britney Spears’ conservatorship. Spears asked the court to end her 13-year conservatorship in June, describing the arrangement as abusive and traumatizing. And on Friday, Penny agreed. The judge determined there was “no need for capacity declaration” of Spears and that a conservatorship is no longer required. The 39-year-old claims she was forced to take medication and contraception, as well as being made to work against her will, but Spears now has medical and financial autonomy for the first time since 2008 following Penny’s decision....

The Phoenix Mercury player was arrested at a Moscow airport in February and charged with possession of vape canisters containing cannabis oil. She was sentenced to nine years in prison and was fined one million rubles (approximately $16,000). Griner appeared from a remand cell via video link at the Moscow Regional Court on Tuesday to hear the outcome of her appeal. The 32-year-old looked downcast during the hearing as a statement from her was read to the court....

After JoJo introduced the two titans, The Beast Incarnate got a more polarising reaction as the Toronto crowd seemed to be on the side of the returning Goldberg. Lesnar started off with the offence but Goldberg dropped Lesnar, looking completely unfazed. Goldberg hit a spear out of nowhere right off the bat, followed by another one. Since his return to WWE, we had never seen Lesnar in so much trouble and looking so weak....

Marko Stunt of the Jurassic Express came to the ring tonight to speak. Then, he was cut off by Brodie Lee Jr., complete with a mask and Dark Order theme. He cut a pretty solid promo on Stunt telling him that the matches he wins are because he has people bigger with him like Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy and that he can’t win on his own. Lee Jr. said that he’d be so much bigger than him when he is old enough to face Stunt....
