Kubiak, the Ravens’ offensive coordinator, quickly emerged as Denver general manager John Elway’s choice to replace John Fox, who left the team last week. The Denver Post reported Sunday night that the Broncos are finalizing a four-year deal with Kubiak. He is expected to be introduced by Tuesday.

The 53-year-old Kubiak has longtime ties to Denver, having served as the backup for Elway during his eight-year playing career as quarterback.

As a head coach, Kubiak posted a 63-66 career mark with the Texans.
